30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Item must be in the same condition you received it

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or odor may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
