VICE LAIR Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Vice Lair, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policies below.


14-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Tags must be attached

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it

  • Original packaging is required

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or odor may be rejected. Items with defects must be disclosed within 5 days of receiving shipment. 

Restocking Fee 
Returns that are not the result of a manufacturer defect are subject to a restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs and will be deducted from your refund. Manufacturer-defective items are exempt from this fee.

  • 15% restocking fee for non-defect returns

  • No returns or exchanges (or higher fee) on final sale / limited drops

  • Size Exchange - No restocking fee, however customer is responsible for return shipping on exchange. Exchange must meet eligibility requirements. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued minus the applicable restocking fee. One exchange per order. Additional exchanges are subject to restocking fee. 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Socks, underwear, or intimate garments

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items (final sale)


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size changes - No restocking fee, however customer is responsible for return shipping on exchange. Exchange must meet eligibility requirements. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued minus the applicable restocking fee. One exchange per order. Additional exchanges are subject to restocking f

  • Product defects - defects must be disclosed within 5 days of receiving shipment. 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

We’ll fix the issue ASAP.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • We sent the wrong item

We provide prepaid return labels for approved cases.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any duties or taxes

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  2. Tell us what you’d like to return or exchange

  3. We’ll send instructions and a return label (if eligible)

  4. Ship your item back

  5. We process your refund or exchange once it arrives
