1. Introduction

Welcome to Vice Lair. By placing an order on our website or through any of our retail locations, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before purchasing. These Terms govern your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree, you must not purchase from our store.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

  • All orders are subject to verification, approval and availability. We may, at our discretion, decline or cancel any order.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to verify and process your order. After processing, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For international orders, allow 7-21 business days depending on destination and chosen courier.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order leaves our facility.

Shipment, Risk & Importer of Record

  • Once we hand your package to the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL), risk of loss, damage and delay passes to you. Claims for lost, stolen or damaged shipments must be made directly with the carrier.

  • For international shipments you are the “Importer of Record.” You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental charges. We are not liable for delays or costs arising from customs inspections or import formalities.

  • We reserve the right to modify our shipping options, carriers, fees or policies at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation & Changes

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any time.

  • If you need to change your order (shipping address, item, etc.), please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after processing has started.

3. Sales Tax

  • Sales shipped to addresses in Illinois are subject to Illinois sales tax at the current rate (e.g., 7.75 %).

  • Orders shipped outside Illinois may not be subject to Illinois sales tax; however, you are responsible for any local sales or import taxes applicable in your region.

  • In-store purchases made at our physical retail location are subject to Illinois sales tax at the applicable rate.

4. User Information & Account Responsibility

  • You represent and warrant that all information you provide (name, email, shipping/billing address, payment method) is accurate, complete and current.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable) and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • We disclaim any liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your login details.

5. Terms of Use

  • By accessing or using our website and/or services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

  • We may, at our discretion and without notice, update or modify the website, its content, or these Terms. Continued use after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • We do not guarantee that all information (including product availability, pricing, promotions or warranties) is accurate, complete or up-to-date. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information without prior notice.

  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profit) arising from your purchase or use of the website, or from any interruption or error of the website.

6. Purchase Limits & Resale Restrictions

  • We do not authorize the purchase of our merchandise for resale or distribution unless explicitly approved in writing by Vice Lair.

  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, billing address or shipping address. This includes orders placed by the same account or credit card, or via different accounts using the same payment or shipping information.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to purchase from our store if we suspect you are acting in violation of these Terms or engaging in resale or fraudulent activity.

  • These restrictions apply to both online orders and in-store purchases.

7. Intellectual Property, Copyright & Trademarks

  • All website content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, layouts and software — is the exclusive property of Vice Lair or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

  • You may view and print pages from the website for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you retain all copyright and trademark notices. Otherwise, reproduction, duplication, copy, sale, reselling or use of any portion of the website or its content is strictly prohibited without prior express written consent from Vice Lair.

  • The trade names, trademarks, service marks and logos (“Marks”) displayed on the website are registered and unregistered Marks of Vice Lair or its affiliates.   • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vice Lair regarding your purchase from our store and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations or agreements (whether oral or written).

  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed in writing.
